PreView’s strength is in its ability to take multiple forms of data and create an easy to read index. These indexes are based on a point system called the Garland Score, which can be generated for nearly any type of information on a specific student or group of students. Depending on the user’s access level, the application is scalable to view by student, school site, district, county, state, and country. With this technology, anyone at a school site can make informed, up-to-date decisions about where time will be best invested. The primary function of this software is to allow schools to quickly view and track progress as well as anticipate and prevent problems from occurring. To supplement PreView, the Company will also provide staff training to ensure that it is implemented to the best of its ability by school staff and administration. PreView tracking system:
The Company envisions its system working like a fund index, with each category running through the system in real time, bringing data together and presenting it in a meaningful way so that schools can make the best investment possible.

The data that is extracted from the system is then run through a process to produce the Garland Score. Once exported, the program’s synchronization manager publishes the indicators to a centralized data warehouse where the data is stored for later analysis. Upon synchronization, the user community is able to view the data on a web-based application. Each category will be further detailed by customizable widgets (such as the example seen here) that will contain preset benchmarks that alert school administration and parents when the child’s categories hit certain markers.

PreView training and support:
The Company recognizes that its technology is only the accelerator for change, and that teachers and administrators must be able to effectively use the application and implement its results to create actual changes and progress for their students. For this reason, Intagrade will provide staff training to ensure the product is used to quickly identify students who are experiencing challenges and need intervention.
